Brahms: The Boy II is a 2020 American supernatural horror film starring Katie Holmes, Ralph Aniston, Christopher Virgin and Owen Yumen. A standalone sequel to the 2016 film The Boy, directed by William Brent Bell and written by the relevant director and author Stacey Miner.

Brahms: Boy II follows a teenage boy who, after a traumatic event, walks into a mansion with his parents, finds a lifelong doll that makes him attached. It was released in the United States by STX Entertainment on February 21, 2020, and was provoked by critics, many of whom considered it inferior to their predecessor. The film was also a financial disappointment, earning 2 2 million more than the 10 million worldwide advertising costs, less than a third of the first film's total area.
